May Foster Parent Phone In

Please remember that Foster Care PHONE IN will begin on Wednesday May 4 and will go through Thursday May 5, 2011.  It is imperative that ALL RESOURCE PARENTS PHONE IN!!!

 

Foster Care Payments are dependent upon the PHONE IN system.   Payment Push will not continue indefinitely.  We must get to the point of having a successful PHONE IN for all resource parents. 

 

Please contact all resource parents and notify them that Foster Care PHONE IN is required and must be completed on 5/4 and 5/5.

FIRST THING!!!!!

Are there any payments for this pay period for this resource home parent and children?  If there are NO payments, then the resource parent will NOT be able to get very far into the phone-in process before it kicks them out. 

If NO PAYMENTS exist then contact your Regional Fiscal Director for help.  Plan on the Resource Parent NOT being able to use the phone-in system for this pay run.  If the payments even gets generated at this point, it is TOO LATE to use the Phone-in System.

 

Directions for PHONE IN System

1. Call 1-877-318-5064 for outside Nashville, call 256-9718 for the Nashville area only.
2. Enter your (resource parent/vendor) Social Security Number followed by the # key.
3. Enter your PIN number followed by the # key.
4. Enter your child’s TFACTS ID number followed by the # key.
5. Enter your child’s Social Security number followed by the # key.
6. Enter the begin payment dates you are confirming payment for in the month/date/year two-digit format.  For example:  January 1, 2011 would be entered as 01 01 11 always follow numbers with the # key.
7. Enter the Ending Payment Dates in the same format as above.
8. Follow all voice directions on PHONE IN SYSTEM.

NOTE: After each number entered the system will prompt you to press 1 if Correct.
